Welcome to Unique Skin & Body! By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site or our services.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card held on file.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price. For prepaid packages or membership treatments, the scheduled treatment will be forfeited.
If you choose to cancel or remove part of your booked service at the time of your appointment, the full price of the originally booked service(s) will still apply, as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If a treatment cannot proceed on the day due to changes in your suitability or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions, the full booked service fee will apply.
Please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. This is important for the health and safety of our clients and practitioner. Unique Skin & Body reserves the right to decline treatment where attending may pose a health risk to others. The cancellation policy will still apply, so please provide as much notice as possible if you become unwell.
All outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. If a fee charge declines, all future bookings will require a $50 upfront deposit.
By providing your card details, you authorise Unique Skin & Body to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the card held on file in accordance with this policy.
Prepaid Packages, Promotions and Discounts
Prepaid packages, promotional offers and discounted treatments are subject to the expiry and redemption terms specified at the time of purchase and must be used within the stated validity period.
Promotional and discounted offers must be paid in full by Cash or PayID to receive the advertised promotional or discounted price, unless otherwise stated.
Offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated.
Cancellation and no-show terms apply to all prepaid, promotional and discounted appointments in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Child-free clinic
To maintain a calm and safe environment, our clinic is a child-free space. Children cannot be accommodated or supervised during appointments. If you arrive with children and your treatment cannot proceed, our cancellation policy will apply.
Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you have a concern regarding a service, please contact us so we can discuss the available options.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Site and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use of our Site immediately.
Services Provided
Unique Skin & Body provides a range of skin care services (the “Services”). Detailed descriptions of these services are available on our Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all parts of our Services with or without notice.
