Popular Treatment Series Treatment series are particularly popular for treatments that work best when performed as a course, including: • IPL hair reduction • Tattoo removal • Skin needling programs • IPL skin rejuvenation treatments • Other advanced skin treatments recommended as a series Your therapist will advise how many treatments are recommended for your individual concerns. Glow and Go is a weekly credit plan offered by Unique Skin & Body which allows clients to build credit on their account to use toward treatments and skincare. Instead of paying for treatments or products in full at the time of purchase, clients contribute a small weekly amount which builds as credit on their client account. Glow and Go credit can then be used toward treatments or professional skincare whenever the client chooses. Weekly contribution options Clients must select one of the following weekly contribution options: • $30 per week • $50 per week • $75 per week • $100 per week These are the available contribution options. How credit works Weekly payments accumulate as credit on your client account. Glow and Go credit can be used toward: • treatments and services • professional skincare products • promotional single treatments • promotional single skincare products Glow and Go credit simply functions as account credit, allowing flexibility in how and when it is used. Credit limit Glow and Go credit can accumulate up to a maximum balance of $500. Once the account balance reaches $500, weekly payments will automatically pause until the balance falls below $500 through use of credit. Credit expiry Glow and Go credit must be used within six months of the last account activity. Account activity includes either a weekly payment being processed or credit being used. If there has been no payment made and no use of credit for a continuous period of six months, any remaining credit may expire. Glow and Go credit is not redeemable for cash. What Glow and Go credit cannot be used for Glow and Go credit cannot be used for: • treatment packages • prepaid promotional bundles or multi-treatment packages • gift vouchers • transfer to another client • not redeemable for cash Flexibility Glow and Go is designed to be flexible and does not lock clients into long-term contracts. With 14 days written notice clients may: • cancel their plan • pause weekly payments • increase or decrease the weekly contribution amount There are no penalties or cancellation fees. Failed payments If a payment fails to process, no credit will be added to the account for that week and the plan will simply continue the following week. Glow and Go does not charge dishonour fees. However, two consecutive failed payments may result in the Glow and Go plan being cancelled. Refund policy Glow and Go payments are non-refundable. Credit accumulated through the Glow and Go plan may only be used toward eligible treatments or skincare products offered by the clinic. Glow and Go credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Other options you may like to consider Glow and Go is ideal for clients who want flexibility and the freedom to build credit toward treatments or skincare over time. If you would prefer a personalised treatment plan with scheduled treatments and additional member benefits, our Structured Skin Solutions may suit you better. Structured Skin Solutions are designed for clients who want a structured, results-focused approach to improving and maintaining their skin. These programs are ideal for clients who prefer to have everything planned in advance and like to know what treatment they are having and when. Your treatments are mapped out ahead of time so you do not need to think about what to book next — you simply arrive for your scheduled appointments and follow your personalised skin program. Following a consultation and skin assessment, a personalised treatment program is created for you. Programs are available as either a six-month or twelve-month plan, with payments divided into manageable weekly payments across the program term. Six-month plans include a minimum of six treatments. Twelve-month plans include a minimum of twelve treatments. Program Benefits Structured Skin Solutions include a number of benefits designed to support your results and reward commitment to your skin journey. Benefits include: • customised skin treatment program • customised home care program • all appointments pre-booked • priority booking access • professional skin scan and progress review every three months • locked-in treatment pricing for the duration of the program Additional Benefits for Twelve-Month Members Clients on the twelve-month Structured Skin Solutions program also receive: • 10% off full-price skincare from O Cosmedics, Ginger & Me and Dermaviduals • 10% off enhancement add-ons from the enhancement menu • birthday gift • Christmas gift • three no-penalty late reschedule allowances Six-Month Plan Allowance Six-month Structured Skin Solutions include one no-penalty late reschedule allowance during the program term. Cancellation Policy Appointments remain subject to the clinic’s standard cancellation policy. Six-month programs include one late reschedule allowance. Twelve-month programs include three late reschedule allowances. Once these allowances have been used, the clinic’s standard cancellation policy applies. Payment Structure Payments for Structured Skin Solutions are divided into weekly payments across the agreed six-month or twelve-month program. These payments allow the cost of your treatment program to be spread across the program period. Refund Policy Structured Skin Solutions are non-refundable. Payments made toward the program cannot be redeemed for cash or product. Programs and benefits are not transferable to another client. Early Termination Clients may terminate their Structured Skin Solutions program early; however, 50% of the remaining program balance will be payable at the time of termination. Getting Started Structured Skin Solutions begin with a consultation and skin assessment where your therapist will discuss your skin concerns, goals and treatment options. Following this consultation, your personalised program and payment structure can be created.
