Booking Policy

When we schedule your appointment we set aside time especially for you and turn others wanting that time away in order to honor our commitment to you.  We realise that last minute things sometime pop up, however the impact of late and same day cancellations on our business can be significant, as we are unable to fill these spots, and we therefore have a booking policy to assist us with managing this.

We greatly appreciate your understanding.

A minimum of 48 hrs notice is required to change or cancel an appointment to avoid a $40 booking fee or the full cost if services total less than $40.

100% of the services booked or forfeiture of the services in the case of a prepaid, member treatment or package is payable in the event of a no show or cancellation within 4 hours of your appointment.

In the event of a late cancellation/reschedule, any applicable fees will be charged to your nominated card. By booking with us you accept our booking policy.
All bookings are managed online
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please use the link on our website home page, the link in your booking email (sent soon after booking is confirmed) or the link in your reminder text message, which is sent out 72hrs prior to your appointment. These links will allow you to make changes outside of 48hrs. Please call, text or email us if within 48 hrs.
Messages left outside of our business hours do not count toward the 48 hrs notice.

Late Arrivals

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Unique Skin & Body and ensure you arrive early and on time for each appointment. If you arrive late we may have to reduce the duration of your appointment, or if not possible, reschedule your appointment for another time. If we have to reschedule/cancel, the booking policy above applies.

Gift Box

Gift Voucher T&C

Full priced dollar value Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of sale.

In the case where the gift voucher was donated or gifted by the clinic or was for a specific promotional service or product, the voucher will have its own expiry date.

Unique Skin & Body is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers, please treat them like cash, keep them safe, and bring them with you to your appointment.

Payment Method

Pre Paid Package & Member Appointments

The same booking policy applies as per our regular cancellation policy.

When rescheduling your appointment, please take into account the expiry of your package/membership.

Baby Clothing

Children Policy

We are unable to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children in the clinic for Insurance and WH&S reasons.

We write this without the intent of offending or upsetting our lovely parent clientele, and hope that you will assist us in keeping our clinic a safe and quite environment for everyone.

Return Policy

We will happily exchange or refund any product that proves defective or produces a true reaction by your skin.
Items are returnable at your own cost to:  Unique Skin & Body, 10 Dalmahoy Street, Bairnsdale Victoria 3875

Unique Skin & Body will not refund the delivery fee on returned items unless they are considered faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you. Please keep your postage receipt

 

Can I return something I've purchased?

We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange an item you've purchased from us that meets the below conditions - simply contact us within 7 days of your order/purchase date.

Please note, we will not accept returns on items for change of mind reasons.

 

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

 

Allergy Return

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 10% used upon arrival back with us. We have a process we must follow to determine if there has been a reaction or response from the skin. We will contact you to determine.

 

Incorrect Item/Faulty Item

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered or is faulty, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items with a tag must have the original tags left on the item.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to discuss this with you.

 

Return Steps

Step 1: Contact us to request a return.

Step 2: Upon receipt, we will contact you to determine if it meets our return policy

Step 3: Pack your item carefully and/or reuse the packaging supplied. Address the package to Unique Skin & Body 10 Dalmahoy Street Bairnsdale 3875 and place a copy of your receipt inside the package. Post the parcel at Australia Post.

Step 4: Upon arrival of your return, we will process your exchange  or store credit within 5 business days.

Step 5: We will be in contact as soon as your return is completed.

After Pay

After Pay is available to use on full priced services and products over $150.

Afterpay is excluded from use on promotional and discounted products and services.

Credit Card Storage
Card details are stored securely and charges are applied to your card to secure your appointment or to charge any cancellation fees as per our booking and cancellation policy.
