Booking Policy

We set aside special time just for you during your appointment as a commitment to your care. Although unexpected events can sometimes arise, last-minute cancellations can greatly impact our business. Your understanding and cooperation with our booking policy mean a lot to us. Thank you for your support and understanding.

To modify or cancel your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid a $40 cancellation fee or the full cost for services under $40.  
Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment time and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee, or in the case of prepaid or member treatments, booked sessions will be forfeited. 

Please keep an eye on your emails for any scheduling updates, as occasional adjustments may be necessary upon receiving your booking request. Late cancellation or rescheduling fees will be charged to your designated card.

All bookings are managed online. Messages left outside business hours do not count toward the 48-hour notice. Your booking confirmation email includes a link to amend/cancel your appointment, which can also be done through the website's booking tool. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to our booking policy.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late for your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your treatment to avoid disruptions for other clients. Your designated time and therapist have been carefully reserved, so the full treatment fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Gift Voucher T&C

Full-priced dollar value Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of sale.

If your gift voucher was donated, gifted by the clinic, or part of a special promotion, it may have a separate expiry date.

As a friendly reminder, please safeguard your vouchers like cash, keep them secure, and remember to bring them with you to your appointment. While we regret to say that Unique Skin & Body cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pre Paid Package & Member Appointments

Our booking and cancellation policy is in effect.

Please note that all prepaid packages are valid for 12 months.

For our members, terms and conditions are detailed in our membership contracts, which are accessible for review before signing up.

Children Policy

To ensure a serene and tranquil environment for all our clients seeking peaceful time, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate babies, toddlers, or young children at the clinic due to insurance and workplace health and safety reasons.

We want to maintain a quiet sanctuary for our guests to relax and unwind. Please understand that this policy is in place with the utmost consideration and respect for our wonderful parent clientele. Your support in preserving a safe and peaceful atmosphere in our clinic is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

We offer exchanges or refunds for defective products or items causing skin reactions. To return items, send them back at your own cost to Unique Skin & Body, Bairnsdale, Victoria. Please note we do not refund delivery fees.

You can return items within 7 days to receive a store credit or exchange if they meet the conditions. We do not accept returns for change of mind reasons.

For faulty items, please contact us with a description and photo. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use, and contact us with a photo. We have a process to handle allergy returns.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact us within 7 days. Keep tags on items you wish to return. 

To initiate a return, contact us, pack the item securely, and post it to us. Once received, we'll process your exchange or credit within 5 business days and notify you upon completion.

After Pay

After Pay is available to use on full priced services and products over $150.

Afterpay is excluded from use on promotional and discounted products and services.
